DO NOT TRUST!
Took car in for service, was informed that total cost would be £1251.55 (have copy of bill) . Car had low mileage and been well maintained. Decided to take to another garage and none of faults listed needed repairing, basically complete fabrication. Male dominated environment with a `laddy` culture, wondered if they thought I would just go ahead as Im female???

I was getting a new exhaust fitted
I was getting a new exhaust fitted. The staff were very good but the company Europarts,supplying a part for the exhaust were disgraceful and it took 1hr 20 mins to bring a part some 4 miles away with no apology. The person dealing with me was extremely helpful and did everything he could to help the situation.

Not good enough
Ordered tyres on the Monday, appointment for following Wednesday at 12.30 took time out of a busy day to go for fitting,after a bit of hullabaloo I was informed the tyres hadn't been delivered as specified,so an appointment for the following day at 4 pm was made, luckily the tyres were there this time

Double blow out on Trailer.....
On a trip from Ayshire to Cheltenham to pick up a horse we had a double blow out on the horse trailer just before Junction 42.... Highway vehicle got us to the services at Juntion 42 and we called Denton Tyres...
Within half an hour there was a chap on site with 2 replacement tyres, fitted new tyres in no time and we got on our way.
Can't thank you guys enough, fast, excellent service.

Friendly and professional manager who dealt with the problem quickly. Tyre replaced and it was good that the tyre was available , sometimes in other garage’s I’ve had to return the next day for a replacement. I will be returning if I ever require further assistance. Thank you
