David rang to tell me my car needed…

David rang to tell me my car needed four new tyres at £80 each and other repairs £600 I said I couldn’t afford it he offered a payment plan. I came to collected my car, it was pouring down with rain. My car was outside with the drivers window wide open and the inside of my car getting soaked, I pointed it out to David who made light of it ( I haven’t a wipe no harm done but the inside was very wet). I went on line to find cheaper tyres at home. protyre came up with tyres from £35 why wasn’t I offered cheaper tyres. I proceeded to purchase at different company so protyre lost my custom. I will not be a returning customer as this is the second occasion I had bad experience at protyre. I feel because I’m a woman they think I don’t know what I’m talking about.

Friendly, accomodating and willing

Only after your money

Took my C1 if for tracking. I was told it could not be done as seized and would cost approx £400 to fix. Took car away and popped it to another garage. Car done in 20mins with no issues. Not even a mention of a seized lock nut. Only after your money.

One small problem

Booked in for 17:00, got there due to traffic 17:10 but they still got me in, however as they were rushing I think maybe they wasn’t focused as a day later I noticed one of my wheel bolts was 3/4 undone !

Excellent Service

Hit a pothole and damaged my tyre, David turned around my stress levels and got me back on the road within 1 and half hours and excuse the pun,they were flat out.
