Efficient and helpful
I had an unexpected flat tyre, went to Protyre Carterton because it was closest, and was delighted with the help and service I received. The fellas replaced the tyre at a good price, and repaired the wheel rim. All done efficiently in about 20 minutes.

No Valves
I am happy to say after doing the review, Barry from Protyre rang and explained the reason for not replacing the valves and has offered to replace them.
So, I'm satisfied with the service and changed review to 5 stars.

Been to this depot several times allways very helpful and they take great care of my wheel rims just popped in with my daughters car 🚗 and they sorted her car out the very next day excellent service

Excellent Customer Service
Slight miscommunication at the beginning but Bert at ProTyre Carterton resolved my issue and looked after me.
Hats off to all the team as they are always polite when I visit. True gentlemen even under pressure.
Any establishment has issues and snags that can’t be predicted however, it’s how they handle the situation and treat the customer which in my case has been exceptional.
I’ve been using ProTyre Carterton for 10+ years and will continue to with their high standards of customer service.

writing to express my dissatisfaction with the wheel alignment service I received. After the alignment, my steering wheel is misaligned. I scheduled three appointments to fix this, but each time the machine was broken. This has been very disappointing.
