I recently entrusted my car to Protyre…
I recently entrusted my car to Protyre for a routine service, only to discover upon returning home that the air filter had been incorrectly fitted and was already damaged. Such negligence could have led to catastrophic consequences for the engine—a level of oversight that is simply unacceptable from any professional garage. This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Protyre’s workmanship, and I will not be using their services again for any purpose.

Really impressed.
Tony answered my initial call and was very helpful.
Next day appointment for diagnosis was followed by next day for the fix-to replace faulty DPF Sensor .
Left car at suggested time and it was completed on schedule .
Tony and the rest of the crew were friendly and seemed happy to be there .

Helpful and Trustworthy
Having had a huge quote to put my car through its MOT by another garage, I took it to Protyre in Carterton for a second opinion.
They pointed out that a couple of the things on the list were things I could easily do myself or didn't actually need replacing and had nothing wrong with them. They then did the rest of the work for me for a much more reasonable price.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
