Fantastic customer service - Dave
Our son desperately needed new tyres for his car- Protyre Autocare Carterton were able to sort this out within 24 hrs.
We live in NZ and we paid for the tyres for our son. Apple Pay was the method - then I read the terms and conditions. The card used to pay must be presented when at the garage. I called Protyre and spoke to a lovely gentleman Dave - gave him all my details and he understood my dilemma. Long story short the tyres were fitted the vehicle is safe to drive the son is happy and mother in NZ is stoked by the amazing customer service provided by Protyre Autocare Carterton.
Highly recommended!! And a huge thank you to Dave.

This is the third time I have used Pro…
This is the third time I have used Pro Tyre in Carterton, they found ma an appointment very quickly, I dropped my car off at 8.30am and they had my rear brakes changed and I was driving home by 2pm….thanks again, great service at a reasonable price! It really great when you find a business you can trust!

Very efficient and honest service. Booked in as my tyre kept slowly deflating, and needed more air every few months. Great as it was repaired rather than needing replacement. Thank you.

Severely understaffed at the moment and poor customer services at Head Office
This branch said they could do some work required on my car to retest it's MOT. They were constantly let down by their suppliers sending the wrong parts. There was zero communication from the garage to update me. In the end they had to arrange a hire car for me as it had been 2 weeks. The whole process has taken 4 weeks which is unreasonable and the customer service from head office have promised calls from managers which have not happened and they have not replied to my email.

Won’t be using this company again
Won’t be using this company again. Encouraged to book on website and the enquiry email was never answered. When I arrived to have my tyres fitted, both men made me feel like I was an inconvenience. When they fitted my tyres they both ignored the constant phone ringing whilst sat chatting. I then had to reverse my own car out of the garage. Unimpressed. Will use a different company next time as they were very unprofessional. I have it 3 stars because they fitted my tyres.
