Very friendly team!
I was booked in to have my tyres done through my lease company. The lease companies organisation was terrible. The pro tyre team were so patient and kind. They could have cancelled the booking (given that that’s what the lease company kept doing!) but they didn’t- I felt they went above and beyond to get the job done. The young lad came in on his day off to do it. Ever so friendly. 10/10

Good Job, no issues, fair price
Easy Booking Process and works well. I arrived exactly on time for appointment, but had a to wait as they were running late. Work to be done was a Wheel Alignment & A/C check. All work was completed within around 1.5 hours, which was not too bad. I received a wheel alignment report and the receipt at departure. They had a good sized waiting room with tea/coffee machine and plenty of parking for customers. The staff were polite, Manager seemed like a decent guy. Happy overall.

Phoned them as we had a screw in a tyre. Advised to have the car with them in 30 minutes. They had the car for 30 minutes. Plugged the tyre cost £34
