Tyres were fine
Tyres were fine. Prices seemed ok however on the site ask you if you want tracking at an extra cost. Paid and then find out it was only for the front wheels. Yet test for the back and then tell you the price you paid doesnt cover the rear and it will be extra payment at the full price not the discount price you get on line.

Great service from Protyre Chesham
Great service from Protyre Chesham. Went in for free tyre and alignment check on my Fiesta. Front tyres needed replacing, one of the front wheels was buckled. I bought a new wheel from Ford and Protyre replaced the tyres and fixed the alignment. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Air con not checked
Went in because air con was not working. But after re gasing it still was not working. It did not need gas the compressor was faulty . Why put gas in if it did not need it, supposed to be able to carry out a free check not waste £100. We had booked in for tires and brakes but have cancelled. We had recommended them to someone else who has now cancelled. Made £100 lost 2 other jobs

Had an Aircon regas on 27th May but they didn't identify a leak and was supposed to refund me. Over a month later and I'm still waiting for the refund despite chasing two weeks ago.
