Poor service

Poor service. The tyres were supposed to be fixed for the rear. When requested to rotate by installing the new ones at the rear and old in the front, I was told you should have requested earlier.

I agreed wating to get this done, but was advised it can't be and was advised to come later where I will be charged 15 per wheel.

Regas even though they knew there was a leak!

Booked in for a free air conditioning check and the a regas if all was ok!
When I picked the car up they told me that there is a leak in my ac but they have regassed anyway and hope it will last?
The next morning the ac had stopped working!
Why was it regassed when they knew there was a leak?
Phoned up to see if I could find out why I wasn’t informed about the leak before paying £89.95 to be told I am lying and would have not been told there is a leak!
Now I’ve got to wait at least 5 days to see if a refund appears!
Would not recommend.

I asked tge garage to inspect and…

I asked tge garage to inspect and report on a suspected puncture. Only when I paid my bill was I told they didn't find anything wrong. WHen I asked what else could resolve tge puncture I was told a bead reseal could help. But my car was already off tge ramp. They should have offered me tgst option earlier. I don't think the garage is interested in fixing punctures as probably not enough profit. We need garages tgat offer proper customer service.
