The technician that fixed my tire explain to me that I needed a new tire he suggested I needed a new one and because he didn’t pressure me and will certainly go back there

I was pleased to be able to make a booking quickly. Took their offer of free brake and suspension check. Great new tyres and sorted out my wheel alignment. Free drink machine in the waiting area. Great place.

It’s the first time that I have used Protyre. Their prices are competitive, the online purchasing and booking was straightforward. The staff in the branch were friendly and efficient and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It was refreshing to receive great customer service in a comfortable environment. Fantastic, flawless service. Had a puncture of one of my tyres last night. The team took great care to meticulously protect the brand new diamond cut alloys. Very friendly manager Karthik and shout out to Mo who did a fantastic job taking utmost care throughout. Highly recommendable, particularly if you have pristine wheels.

Professional and accommodating, i booked an appointment for a wheel alignment and tyre repair due to a screw puncturing my rear tyre. The guys managed to fix the tyre which was a relief as my rear tyres are over £300 each - all fixed for circa £35!
Luke was incredibly helpful behind the desk and managed to get my wheel alignment arranged at short notice along with a coffee or two from the new machine!

I had a slow puncture and went to several repair units to be told that it couldn’t be done for a couple of days. Some of the responses were bordering on being rude and not helpful when I was making my way the airport.

I then found Protyre in Chesham and what a refreshing experience. On entering the building, I noticed how clean it was and the staff were absolutely charming and welcoming.

They immediately dealt with the issue in a prompt and professional manner and I was on the road in no time at all.

I was made to feel valued as a customer and the service was first class and I would certainly recommend the depot.

The coffee was also superb.

Very welcoming and efficient service at a good price

After a very traumatic blow out miles away from home and a 6 hour wait for Greenflag to rescue me the heroes of the hour were definitely the lovely chaps at Protyre! Super friendly, efficient and kind, the cost was less than I expected too ... if they weren't so far away from home I would use them every time. 5* service

What absolutely first class service. After a pothole incident, Protyre replaced the front tyre and re-balanced the wheels on our Porsche. They also provided detailed reports on wear. Way better than any other fitters I've used in the past, so will be coming here from now on.
