I desperately needed a new tyre
I desperately needed a new tyre after a screw had gone through the sidewall. I called up a few tyre shops with no joy. I called Pro Tyre Derby, a friendly voice on the phone to greet me which was Craig. He had the tyre in stock I needed and fitted me in within the hour.
Fast fitting, no messing about and great customer service again from Craig while on site. Highly recommended

The reception guy was very friendly and helpful and he even sorted a £10 discount voucher which I had been given and took it off my upcoming invoice ready for the MOT day. The car was MOTed on time with no hanging around. Nice and clean waiting room with a complimentary coffee as well. Great customer service.

Great work all round on the tyre front, no waiting at all with arranged appointment. However I feel £35 to supply and fit one light bulb in a mirror is a tad expensive

MOT SERVICE.
Booked my car in for an MOT via the internet, the booking process was quick and easy, I paid for the service and chose the date and time. Took the car in on the date and time selected. The MOT was done prompt and when I collected the car they gave me the summary of the service along with the paperwork. Very happy with the service I received.

The speed and quality of customer…
The speed and quality of customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend them for tyres, servicing and brakes, they were the only mechanics within a 4 miles radius who were open on a bank holiday so they were a life-saver
