Work was completed in good time (20 minutes to replace 2 tyres).

Friendly Staff and Great Service

Poor communication...
My wife turned up at the original appointed time to be told the tyres weren't in. It is an 18 mile round trip and I had not been informed of any problems.
All my wife was told was, "There are internet problems..." There was no apology given at the time or when she went back.
She had to re-book for the following Monday.
To date we have not had any apology and we are very disappointed with the service given.
