The time to change my 2 tyres on 2…
The time to change my 2 tyres on 2 occasions now is far to long, You have a 45 minute slot and it always take far longer by at least another 30 mins. I accept they can be busy but so why do the staff say 45 minutes when it clearly wont happen in this timscale.. Supposed to happen as a waiting appointment. Very poor.

They did a thorough digital reading on my car and found the problem was not my transmission but the auxiliary battery which they changed and my car is now running as it should.

Friendly, well-communicated MOT and service at Protyre Fareham
I visited Protyre Fareham on 5th-6th October for an MOT and service and was very pleased with the experience. Jason was friendly and kept me updated throughout, so I always knew where things stood.
He was flexible about drop-off, letting me bring the car in at a time that suited me. The work was completed the same day, and the car was kept inside the garage overnight, which gave me peace of mind on security. The final cost was more than reasonable.
Clear communication, a straightforward process and a helpful manner. I'd happily use Protyre Fareham again and would recommend them to others.

Website was easy to navigate and I purchased my tyres and booked my appointment online.
When I turned up everything was ready and waiting, simple and easy booking in.
I didn't catch the name of the man on reception but he was amazingly helpful and friendly, made me feel comfortable and at ease and would not hesitate in returning to ProTyre Fareham.

Helpful and friendly staff. The price was also very competitive with others in the area.
Took my other car to them a few days later to investigate a slow leak on one tyre and they quickly sorted that too.
Will be using them in future for tyres and MOT's etc.

An imperfect car problem dealt with perfectly
It wasn't an easy journey from dropping our car off for an MOT to getting the keys back what turned out to be the best part of three days later but the team at Protyre were great at keeping us updated and advising on the options and best course of action at all times. Special thanks to Jason who was particularly proactive in keeping us informed. It was hard but the problem was not one of their making. The solution was though and it was handled as well as we could have hoped and with good humour all the way to us picking up our keys and driving off again!
