I was honestly so grateful for the service I received
I was honestly so grateful for the service at pro tyres franchise Bathwicke Tyres in Gloucester. I had 3 tyres all below pressure points and they sorted it all for me for free, and told me anytime I needed them checked in the future just to bring my car in for a free check! Amazing, friendly service.

Thought they should of MOT'd the car…
Thought they should of MOT'd the car before servicing as it failed and I had a £450 extra bill to find, which should not happen in my opinion, a fully serviced car that is not road worthy has no value does it? Sharp practice maybe?

A wheel almost fell off with bolts missing and loose
I've already written 2 1* reviews but customer services did nothing about. My latest discovery was that a wheel almost fell off because 1 wheel nut was missing and the others were loose when I took it for an MOT at BMW after the tyres were replaced at Protyre.. This place should be shut down!! Don't go near this bunce of incompetent clowns.

I have used this particular garage a…
I have used this particular garage a number off times over the years for tyres, service and mots and found the staff very helpful work done on time and called when completed, my car is always clean no grease or dirty handmarks. You can wait on the premises or a few minutes walk there are food and coffee places to relax whilst you wait. Which is what I tend to do. Highly recommended, prices are competitive I do book online where there are savings.
