Superb service

Following a puncture
Following a puncture, I had had a repair done, which I was not 100% comfortable with (not done by Protyre). The technician explained how it was done and that it should be good for the life of the tyre. He was not pushing me either way, but I decided to get the tyre replaced as I had a long European journey ahead of me. The work was done there and then at a great price. I try to always use ProTyre and this will not change

Wonderful service
Wonderful service, very helpful & knowledgable staff Kaleb especially from the time he greeted me to when I left (and I know I will have spelt him name wrong sorry). I was worried after purchasing a new car as the start stop was not working. I booked in for a free battery check on a bank holiday Monday. Not only did they do the battery check but ran a diagnostic check for me as well. Gave me all information they could based on the report. I was able to get the garage I purchased the car from to replace the battery under the warranty. He also did a quote for me for tyres as I know they are not the best, where I will definitely be going back there to get them fitted when needed but advised me I have a couple of months still left on them.

The service was prompt , customers service very good. And I was very pleased with the work carried out.

Unbalanced wheel
Tyres were fitted to loose wheels very quickly and hassle free.
The man at the desk however was adamant the appointment was for 4pm despite my receipt saying 2pm.
The rear wheel was fine however the front wheel was balanced incorrectly. All the weights were positioned on the heavy side of the wheel increasing the instability of the wheel.
I’ve never had an issue with ProTyre before this they are normally spot on so I can only assume someone was having a silly 5 minutes.
