Friendly Staff Who Remember Customers
Attended at Protyre for an exhaust renewal. Was recognised by the staff and greeted warmly.
No problems but a bracket was missing from the consignment ( not their fault in reality). However, they were able to adapt another and thus ensure i was able to make a pre-arranged appointment.

I went in with a nsf tyre worn and a osr puncture. so I was pleased when they swapped the tyres over and put the older tyres at rear and new on the front.Thank you

My Air-conditioning
My Air-conditioning - I phoned and asked a question about my air-conditioning and the guy on the phone said I would have to bring it in for them to check. Once they had the car on the ramp they could see that I had a leak on the compressor again and I would have to book the car in for at least 24 hours for the repair to be done, probably under warranty.
