It was a bad experience to visit that…
It was a bad experience to visit that branch, MOT tester was soo keen to fail the MOT, he shake my car a lot on the jack too much to find faults that when I was driving hope I was having funny noise coming from the car as I was feeling like my wind screen will come off. I will never ever book that branch again.

Groupon voucher -
Used Groupon voucher, but had to phone up to book. I was told that many of the available MoT slots online were not for Groupon bookings, and was therefore given a date and extra week later.
Having reviewed the T&C's and found no mention of limitations on bookings, I called back to clarify the T&C's, only on questioning the staff I was then offered an earlier date, but not at the most desirable times as these seem to get held for online bookings.

We take all 4 cars in our family here. Never had a problem. They are refreshingly honest which is rare these days. Thanks again and yes I did fail the MOT but with their help (no charge for the help) it passed 3 days later. Above and beyond.

Car failed mot
Car failed mot, on oil leak, and control arm bushes, when I looked online for prices the top estimate was £500 to £600.
They quoted me over£1100. Anyway took my car for an independent quote, amazed to find it passed it's mot and that what protyre had failed it on wasn't failures. Crooks.
