Had two cars in the garage on the same day and was really pleased with the service. The first had its air conditioning recharged, and the team also identified a wiring issue for me. The second car is getting on a bit and needed an exhaust repair, which was carried out promptly. I was shown the completed repair, which looked really solid and well done.
The staff were friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout, including on progress and costs. Nothing was too much trouble, and I'd happily use them again.

I can't thank them enough for explaining to me what work had been done on car that wasn't correct and they sorted everything out for me and I should have went to them in first place and saved a hell o lot of money these guys go out their way to help and explain everything that is wrong with your car and how they will fix it and show you the work they have done to it before and afterwards excellent company and bunch o guys.

As always the service was very good
As always the service was very good , I had my appointment for the wheel alignment at 11am but when I got there the gentleman said they were running a bit late so would I mind coming back later. I came back about 12.10 and they got my car on the ramp and fixed it, before I came to the garage my car wanted to take me into the ditch but now it drives in a nice straight line. Well done once again I was supposed to get the balancing done as well but I left that as one of the front wheels has a bash so I'm going to get a new wheel so once I get that I'll come down and get two new Falken tyres fitted the same as the ones I got on the back. Once again thank you and I would certainly recommend you to my friends.

I would not recommend Protyre
I would not recommend Protyre. My car was booked in for its MOT on 31st August at Kilmarnock branch. Test was booked and paid for 3 weeks before. I turned up this morning for the test only to be told that the garage had no tester and hasn't had one for over 2 months. I had to ask for a refund which will no doubt take several working days. Appalling customer service.
