Slow service
Booked for 13:00 , tyres chosen and paid for online before attending. Took 2 hours to change 4 tyres. Folk who just walked in seen to more quickly. Slow service

I had to bring my hybrid in for a new exhaust and they were able to sort it within a few hours (where other places did not provide that service or required me to wait several days).

I had problems with my TPMS valves…
I had problems with my TPMS valves which the mechanic investigated for 20 minutes at no cost, eventually having to replace all of them with high quality ones at a competitive price in comparison to surrounding garages.
I’ve used Protyre-Abbotsinch a few times now and have found them to be very professional, approachable and knowledgeable, definitely my go to for tyres etc.
I would recommend them, straightforward honest service!

A tyre deal which i couldnt refuse!!!
Alan the manager of protyre in Kilmarnock was most helpful and managed to get me a very competive set of 4 tyres that i couldnt refused. This was also included 50% off the up to date laser wheel alinement. Which i was very much impressed with. I couldnt thank the staff in the end which was also friendly, helpfull and very experienced.. i fully recommend these guys

Andy is a legend
I had bought a cheap tyre a year ago when I ran over a screw, it was terrible and had worn badly over a year. The car had understeer issues on that side and would often spin when wet. Andy in Kilmarnock reccomended a set to replace both fronts with something a little higher priced than the last but it was really worth it and he also done my alignment showing me where each wheel was out. Driving the car is a pleasure again it feels like Andy put road glue on the tyres. Zero understeer and zero tyre slip in the wet. Il be back for the rears 100%
