Dropped wheels off staff were polite and friendly was informed that it would be about an hour and they would phone? Had to call garage after 2.5 hours to be told they were ready and they had forgotten to call.

They pushed the boat out.
There was a problem on line paying for the tyres and booking a slot. Turned up at the workshop to be told the last 2 slots had gone. The staff were more than helpful and asked me to leave the car and they would see if they could fit it in. The front tyres were fitted by the time I returned. Top marks as they obviously pushed the boat out to complete to job.

Merry Christmas to the very verbal man…
Merry Christmas to the very verbal man in charge who had the audacity to blame the customer then tell them to get out when they didn’t agree with him. Initial request check drivers rear tyre for puncture on my daughters car. Before I knew it tyre off rim reseal wheel balance then bill. I queried the price which young bearded gentlemen wasn’t very forthcoming, asked if this was guaranteed to resolve issue as it was not a puncture I was told might work the life of the tyre but may need repainted inside so don’t know. Given the bill but on further inspection wrong car, wrong name full details of another customer. When I went back to receive the correct invoice the customer service just got better & better I was insulted, patronised, told to leave because I had the cheek to defend myself due to their errors not mine. As for the comment about my attitude & the Christmas gifts was it necessary or was that just to humiliate me in front of other customers? I made it clear I didn’t request the work to be carried out but I still paid the bill. I am glad it wasn’t my daughter & yes maybe as I suggested a man in this situation would have been better treated this was not a threat this was reality.

Managed to get seen without appointment
I didn’t have an appointment but was having problems with one if my tyres. They said if I could wait 15 mins they could have a look which they did.
They fixed the problem and I was back out in 45 mins

I took my car for the second time, and they checked it out for a drive, and encouraged me to take it back if I wasn't happy. They were doing a great job and showing exceptional human nature. It looks like a family business, and it made me part of their family. I will take my car for an MOT next year.

Disappointing experience
I was booked in for 2.30pm for 4 tyres and left car at the garage at 2.30. When I returned over an hour later the car was in the same place. Not started yet. I was asked to wait and finally left at 4.50pm.
I also used my blue light card as I had got a code for a discount but I only got the discount on one tyre. I never noticed until I had left. This overall was a disappointing experience and I will be putting in a complaint.
