Booked two cross climate tyres on line at a very competitive price. Could have had them fitted same day but chose a more convenient time to suit. In and out within 30 mins at the time I’d booked. Fantastic service. Shown old damaged tyre to confirm my belief that is a slow puncture. Couldn’t praise the team enough for the service provided. Why go anywhere else.
Length of time it took. Not the shops fault as airlines were frozen

All good ,no probs, got the tyres done at appointment time as requested
Had an appointment yesterday at 3.30pm, 4.00 still waiting. It took the guy 30min to change a single tyre (I was getting 2) Said he has problems getting new tyre on. Damaged the rim which I pointed out. Then torqued the wheel to 120nm its supposed to be 100 and forgot to fit dust caps - NEVER AGAIN NEVER. Got home (10 min drive) at 5.30pm

Can't complain about the fitting of the tyres or the price.
However, I was booked in for the fitting between 9.30 & 10.30. There were only two staff working and they were rushed off their feet. I didn't get away from the garage until after 12pm.

We had a very problematic experience. We ordered the tyres online on the Monday and arranged to get them fitted on the Thursday. I finished work early to get to Abbotsinch (Kilmarnock) at 4pm and the tyres hadn't been delivered. I didn't receive any message about this beforehand and was quite annoyed that I'd left work early for no good reason. I rearranged to have the tyres fitted on the Saturday and I took my car in and the depot was very busy, even at 9am. I left my car and took public transport back home. It took them 3 hours before they phoned to say that my car was ready. So even at an arranged appointment it took hours. Very inconvenient. Not happy.

Booked at 10am for 11:30 appointment. Arrived early and didn't start work on the car until after 12:30, then to be told there is enough tread on existing tyres. Didn't look or ask as to why replacements had been requested. One tyre had a puncture and both 5+ years old and perished sidewalls. Missed work appointments and impacted business due to failure to adhere to their own appointment timings. Freezing waiting area and a Very poor experience all round.

Service was good no problem with puncture repair although i thought £30 was a tad expensive for what it was
I went to get a puncture fixed but as it was a runflat tyre it apparently had to be replaced. This should have taken at most 30 minutes but as there was only two staff on duty, it took 2 hours. That is unacceptable.

My appointment was for 10am was checked in at 9 50 for near side front tyre to be changed and wheel alignment I was waiting in reception until work was complete .Work on car didn’t start until 11 30 there was no communication why it was taken so long work wasn’t completed until 13 15pm I was told there was a problem with alignment machine when I got my car back .

Went on a friday morning to be told far too busy due to only 1 member of staff, to come back the next morning which i did. Still only 1 staff member and yet he couldnt drive so no cars could be moved until a manager came in or moved by the car owner. This place has went downhill used to be a very busy place now its total empty. Poor staff getting thrown in at the deep end on by themselves. This is normally my go to for tyres but think that was my last

Car was booked for a time slot for a tyre and tracking car could not be done that day so gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked it back in for an 8am slot so it would be first in and first out. Car got dropped off but car was not done first as a walk in for 4 tyres on a works van got done before mine as a result my granddaughter was over an hour late for school totally unacceptable service

Needed a slow puncture mended and a new tyre. Took 1 hour 40 minutes despite having an appointment booked.
I was quoted £122 for the trye but online you were selling them for about £102. Garage agreed to match that. When I was billed they charged £102 but then added vat. I didn't have time to challenge as it had taken so long to fit the tyre and I was late for another appointment.
Good price for tyre. Though took too long as booked in for a certain time but still had to wait 2 hours.
