Brilliant service, nothing seems to be too much trouble. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I thought there was something wrong with my exhaust but there wasn't. Didn't charge me for looking. Didn't try and upset. Will use again

I can't speak highly enough of Gavin and his colleagues at the heading branch of Protyre. I called Gavin regarding a smoking brake issue and he got me in the same day and they did everything they could to sort the, not so simple issue out, going way above and beyond.
I've used Protyre for many MOTs, servicing and tyres over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them, especially through Gavin.

said to call back in 20 minutes which I promptly did, straight on the machine did a check ✅️ , "just needs regassing sir" ...took about an hour all done very reasonably priced quick friendly service and staff..highly recommend

Great service in an emergency
When my car suffered an unexpected and very inconvenient flat tyre, Protyre were able to fix it immediately, while I waited. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent service.

Decent mechanic, weird customer service
Think they did a decent job on the car, bloke tried to quote me £4k then ended up telling me it was a joke and was actually £400 when I told him no? I think it was meant to be a joke but wasn’t a very well executed one… as I say the work on the car was fine, not sure I’d be sprinting back with that customer service though, felt slightly scammy
