Staff were very courteous
Staff were very courteous. I was attended to at my appointment time, and the 2 new tyres were fitted within 45 minutes. My only comment would be that the waiting area was a bit spartan, and cold, but if the majority of customers are not waiting too long that is is only a minor issue.

Pure perfection!!!
I have used this company for years. It was called Alba tyres but the new name suits it much better as that garage is far more than just “tyres”. It does everything. I cannot find fault with anything. The service given is outstanding. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The cost is brilliant value for money ( try comparing this with other garages in the area). The manager went out of his way to help me with what my car needed. Thank you all so much

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Headingley. My car had a puncture (thanks to a dramatically sharp object which was probably from road construction equipment) and I needed to get to Coventry that evening.
The team pulled out all the stops to reassure me and get me back on the road. They went above and beyond to help. Thank you guys.

Quick work but
Quickly replaced the two front tyres and carried out wheel alignment but when giving the car back advised that there was an issue with the drivers side electric window which they had lowered but could not raise, it was raining and they just advised to bring the car to the main dealer to get them to fix the issue they did not even offer to take a look at it even though the issue had never occurred before
