Quick work but
Quickly replaced the two front tyres and carried out wheel alignment but when giving the car back advised that there was an issue with the drivers side electric window which they had lowered but could not raise, it was raining and they just advised to bring the car to the main dealer to get them to fix the issue they did not even offer to take a look at it even though the issue had never occurred before

Great service, wouldn’t go anywhere else
Had a missing tail light, called up just before closing and was told to bring it down. Straight away I was helped, all staff very friendly and when I offered to pay they said it was on them! A proper garage not trying to rip you off. Very very appreciative of them pulling through on such short notice.

Store does not match online price
I was quoted over 25% more in store than the price quoted on Protyre’s own website. I had to cancel my appointment, buy online and reschedule another date.
I have never heard of a company charging such an excess price when website tells you to call in anytime for a free tyre check.
The store were apologetic and said this is causing issues as most people check online prices before coming into the store. No issues at all with the fitters, usual high standard of service

Professional and helpful
We just want to acknowledge the professionalism and skills of both Gavin the Manager and in particular Lee the mechanic for ensuring our car was booked in speedily and the work carried out immediately.
The rear indicator light was not working ( dangerous) however Lee found the problem and also gave advice re maintenance.
We always use Alba/ Protyre and have always been happy with the service/ price and the help they have given us over the years.
