Was quoted £1400 for work to pass MOT &…
Was quoted £1400 for work to pass MOT & I think I was treated as though I was unreasonable for being shocked at the cost. Took car to get a second opinion where I was charged £140 for same result. Staff were very reasonable & accommodating when I said I would take the car somewhere else for a second opinion. Lesson learned for me I guess that you should not take car for MOT somewhere that specialises in tyres. MOT & other work are not done on site here which I didn't realise so you can't deal directly with person doing the work.

Would not use this garage again
Would not use this garage again. Left my cream leather seats covered in oil. Wheel alignment wasn't done properly. Told me the tyres that I had ordered would only last a couple of months. Overall very disappointing.

Very happy with the customer service. Owen was helpful and polite when dealing with my daughter’s Mini when the locking wheel but was missing! Very helpful and understanding.

Competitively priced
Competitively priced, but the three new tyres that were fitted were all grossly over inflated. The front offside tyre was 2.8 bar compared to 2.0 bar of the correctly inflated nearside front existing front tyre. The new rear tyres were set at 2.5 and 2.6. I only checked them two days later when I noticed something odd about the steering! No quality control.
