Not enough staff but they did a good job
Only 2 staff covering desk, phone and working on shop floor resulting in phones ringing non stop, grumpy staff and having no time to explain things. Having said that the job done was thorough and quality.

Heater matrix hose replacement
I booked my car in to have a heater matrix hose replaced which i supplied which was a genuine Vauxhall part. The reason why I didn’t fit the hose was because at the matrix end was a push fit connection and I wasn’t sure how it came off or went on. Hence I booked it in. I was shocked when I was told it was a hrs labour + antifreeze. And what made it worse was when I got home to look at the work carried out there is a green clip on the hose which holds the push fit fitting together is still attached to the hose so then I did a antifreeze check and hay ho as I thought there was no antifreeze in the system. I was losing coolant for a few months before I finally got it diagnosed as coolant pipe was leaking and all I was doing was topping it up with water not coolant because I was topping it up every 3 or 4 days. So my experience wasn’t as good as I expected

Absolutely delighted with the service…
Absolutely delighted with the service and the way the team supported us with the new tyre replacement. What really struck us was the changing of the damaged tyre with the spare and then the booking in the following day to order and replace the matched tyre to our van. There was no charge for swapping the spare over and we only paid for the new tyre. This was extremely helpful as it allowed us to safely get home. The people were all brilliant and we would not only go there again but are recommending to our friends and family.
