Fit me in without an appointment near to closing and I could not be more grateful Trusted and good service as I have been using this outlet for years.

We had a slow puncture and called into the Syston branch to get our tyre checked. We had no appointment but the staff were very helpful and found the cause quickly. 2 nails!! New tyre fitted on the spot whilst we enjoyed a complimentary coffee in a nice clean waiting room. Very happy with the excellent service given and price. Highly recommend. Andy

Kyle and Martin were on their own as very short staffed. They were very professionally juggling phones, walk in customers and trying to do the actual work! Really helpful and did their best to sort me out twice in 3 days. I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service, resolved my issue in quick time, was extremely helpful and helped fix another issue I didn’t even know about. Will definitely be back again if I have any more problems and would recommend to anyone.

Went with what I thought was a slow puncture, it was but as the tyre was fairly new, the guys patched it up and saved me money, happy days !

I have given a 1 star because although the service on the day was good, my tyre was repaired rather than a new tyre being fitted as was agreed in the morning.
I brought the car back in the afternoon for the new tyre to be fitted.
When my friend collected the car in the afternoon, they were informed that they had repaired the tyre as that would cost me less.
Which was considerate but I was not actually consulted about this at all.
This probably wouldn't have mattered if the tyre repair had held but unfortunately it did not.
It burst when I was travelling to catch a ferry the following week. So I was left stranded on the M56 for over an hour waiting for a mobile tyre repair unit to come. This cost me £270! And I missed my ferry as a result.
So I'm not very happy with the repair to my tyre that failed, when I had agreed to pay for a new tyre to be fitted.

Although they were busy Martin and Naaz were very efficient in trying to help me after my encounter with a pothole. They spent time trying to repair the alloy and then gave me information as to what to do next . They were both very helpful and cheerful and made me feel that I was
In good hands .

Booking ran to time, staff were polite, efficient and friendly and the job was completed within a good timeframe

Good friday and hit a kerb and completely wrote off the tyre.Struggled slowly to Protyre in hope they were open.
Happily they were and the chaps fitted me in within 20 minutes.
Absolutely brilliant and within 45 mins and 2 new front tyres as advised that the other wasnt legal, we were on our way again.

Booked easy on line, I needed tyres same day. Friendly staff,I had double booked with someone for my tyre line up, but quickly sorted another day to suit. Waiting room has 3 chairs and a lovely coffee machine.

I used Protyre many times such a great bunch of lads very carful with your car and get the job done for that reason I won't use any other garage.

Repaired my tyre without delay and helped me to complete my insurance claim form. Extremely satisfied
