Be alert to upselling
Staff were polite and friendly.
I visited to have 2 front tyres fitted. However a brake fluid check was also conducted without my consent. I was told it needed replenishment-however my car had been serviced the week before!
I took my car out of Protyre and the service light and tyre pressure lights were now lit?!
I visited my garage who again checked the brake fluid level which was normal. One of the newly fitted tyres was over inflated!! When this was corrected he the service light went off!
I believe this was an exercise in up-selling-will not be returning!

Excellent service repairing a puncture…
Excellent service repairing a puncture on a very expensive tyre ,saving me around £200. Unfortunately my locking wheel nut was mislaid and the Martin the manager couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful replacing all 4 locking nuts F.O.C. The fitter himself did an excellent job and gave some very useful advice. I have always used these guys and will continue to do so as the prices are the keenest in Leicester. Happy customer.

very helpful,after having two new tyres…
very helpful,after having two new tyres fitted one kept loosing pressure, I went back to Syston two days later and they attended to the problem straight away. Very good staff.
