Very Happy MOT Experience
I was welcomed and advised of what would happen re MOT. When it failed they agreed to resolve the issue on the same day and then do a retest straight away. The member of staff dealing with me was VERY helpful

I'm highly impressed
The tracking needed doing on our Fiesta, so I booked it in on-line (on a Sunday) with ProTyre. I had used the business previously when it was Walkers, but not in their new form.
They were ready for it at the agreed time the next day, but the mechanic said he didn't want to do the job as he'd found it had a split gaiter on one track rod end and he said it would have to be done again after this was replaced. He also advised doing both of them to be on the safe side. It was sound advice and they clearly weren't trying to get extra business for themselves, knowing I could do it.
I left, bought the parts, fitted them and rang to re-book, which they arranged very promptly.
We were booked for first thing in the morning, but unfortunately a car left on the ramp overnight wouldn't start, which delayed things a bit. The staff were very apologetic about this.
However it was soon done, the car feels much better (it was scrubbing a tyre out before) and we were just charged the original price (which was half what other places were advertising at), nothing extra for the second visit.
I was genuinely very impressed with every aspect of the service they offered and will certainly be using them again.

Coning people
My car failed its mot, which I expected but the amount of unnecessary things it failed on!, I went for a second opinion and the dvla inspector just happened to be there and he said half of them shouldn't have been on the list. Will not be returning after using the place for years.
