Friendly service
Friendly service. I planned for 4 tyres to be fitted but only two were ordered so I had to go back later in the day , fortunately I could return later so was just an inconvenience for me. I was compensated and kept informed. Thank you

Brakes not checked properly.
Tyres were a good price and fitted very well. The included brake safety check was a useful addition but unfortunately the rear brakes weren’t checked as they were reported as drum brakes, they are definitely not drums but discs all round.
This now makes me uncertain if the checks were actually done properly or just a tick box exercise. Either do properly or not at all.
I would use protyre again though.

Been dealing with you for years when under walkers tyres. Always helpful and all staff work hard to solve any problems you may have. From tyres, puncture and MOT. Would recommend 100 percent.

Great garage for a local!
I've recently bought a runaround and it had a couple of advisories on the suspension from the previous MOT, and I've started getting some slight steering knocking noises, plus the steering was at an angle to drive straight. Protyre being down the road having the facilities to carry out an alignment was a plus, and having a free steering inspection check they've been thorough with what they've found.
The only slight odd note was that they didn't mention about the boots perishing on the shock absorbers. I found this out when I jacked the car up myself later at the weekend to check what needed replacing. Quick and friendly service though, cheers!

Reliable and trustworthy
Booked an appointment to have wheels aligned and for diagnostic check as air bag light flashing. All done satisfactorily. Helpful advice given re possible cause of air bag issue, which can only be fixed by car dealer.
