Dissapointed
Had an appointment for 8.30AM for two new tyres and an mot, on arrival was told mot was 11.30AM and tyres hadn't turned up, staff reordered and they arrived at 1.30PM. At time of ordering online it wasnt explained that mot was not 8.30. Nothing wrong with standard of service from staff, just the booking not being explained properly.

Badly scuffed my alloys wheels when…
Badly scuffed my alloys wheels when changing and balancing my tyres. Circular scratch marks on the two wheels in the same area. It was a really wet day so difficult to see. The next day when it was less wet I noticed the scratches. Totally ruined my alloys.

Goodyear Tyres 👎👎👎
Short story...ive fitted two front tyres last year in November, Goodyear, most of you would say premium like I say...just came out from MOT today to be told that one of the front tyre has a bulk, a deformation on inner side without any signs of hitting anything or cuts etc.
Came to the garage that fitted them just to be told that ive hit a pothole 😁...really, what about the other 3....I hit potholes every day with each one but none has the same issues so....just after 6k miles I have to change it.
Really disappointed with Goodyear and with this garage as well for not being helpful at all.
