The site is clearly short stuffed
The site is clearly short stuffed! Booked and paid online for a 10:30 hrs fitting, for wo new tyres and front wheels alignment, got there for 10:15hrs. It took ages even to get checked in! They finished to fit the tyres at 13:40 and could not do the front wheels alignment as it was too late for me at that time! There were even staff missing at the counter to give me the invoice. Got refunded the cost of the wheels alignment on after chasing again by e-mail. Not impressed on this occasion.

I Remain satisfied with Micheldever service
Whilst on this occasion the waiting time to get to the service point was rather long, all aspects of wheel alignment and replacing two front tyres went well.
I have used Micheldever tyres in the past and remain satisfied.

I had to return the next day because they put a incorrect wheel on my car from another car and the tyre indicator wasn't working .

I visited Protyre Micheldever for two…
I visited Protyre Micheldever for two tires several months ago and I knew my brakes were getting thin. They replaced the pads and discs all round while I was there and I was disappointed with my usual garage as they didn’t re attach the under try properly and I had to do it myself. So I gave Protyre a go and was very pleased by the results.

Simply the BEST
Good booking system online, excellent availability for appointments, good choice for tyres. On arrival, reception, booking, fitting very good, and I found tracking / wheel alignment by far the best I have ever experienced. I'm a taxi driver, I feel everything in the steering the feedback from car/road, it drove like new, in straight line, no pulling, which is hard to achieve by most garages, even though you pay them for this service. I'm very impressed by Micheldever Tyres / Protyre, please say special thank you to the tracking man, from RV73Y.

No point having an appointment system…
No point having an appointment system if it’s not used to get customers through the fitting bay in a timely manner.
Wasn’t seen until over an hour after my “appointment time”. Had to rearrange a hospital visit later that afternoon.
Maybe it should be the first question the man with the clipboard asks. “Do you have an appointment?”
