I used the cannon park garage on the…

I used the cannon park garage on the 2/1/26 I then took my car back on the 3/1/26 with the car worse than I took it in it is now the 18TH OF JANUARY AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE COWARDLY AREA MANAGER THAT MUST BE THAT UTTERLY USELESS TO CONTACT ME SAME AS THE AREA MANAGER OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY HIRES INCOMPETENT IDIOTS TO DO THE WORK ON CARS WELL I WANT EITHER A AREA MANAGER OR REGINAL MANAGER TO CONTACT ME .. AND AUTOMATED SERVICE PLEASE DONT REPLY WITH PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AS I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT AND THE POOR LADY THAT ANSWER THE PHONE MUST BE SO EMBARRASSED TO KNOW THAT MANAGERS DO NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THERE CUSTOMERS LOW LIFE THAT THEY ARE

MOT and Bronze service package booked…

MOT and Bronze service package booked in advance. To pass the MOT, my vehicle required one new tyre, the garage didn't have any the specific tyres available despite the website stating it did, so I had to take my vehicle to another garage for new tyres to be fitted and return for a MOT re-test. The technician doing the service ran out of oil and I was told I had to wait for euro carparts to deliver more oil to complete the service. Once done, I drove to another garage to have tyres fitted for the MOT re-test, luckily they spotted that my car was profusely leaking oil, it was with good fortune I was able to get it back to Protyre. The technician hadn't fitted the oil sump plug correctly, which again took another 30+ minutes. A service and MOT took from 09:30 - 16:30, I have made an official complsint to the head office customer service team about the lack of service, the inconvenience and the dangerous fault and despite them stating it's been referred to the area manager, I have yet to receive any correspondence.

Spot on!

Called as my car was struggling to start, tested battery and it needed replacing. Didn’t have at the depot but had one arrive within 15min. Fitted and away!

Very rude manager.

When I dropped the van off the manager said it will take 30mins because he had 2 lads with nothing to do. After 1hr 20 I asked how long with it take has I had jobs booked in and was now running late. He then stormed off in a rage into the garage telling the lad to finish the job and get my keys. He then was very rude to me. I understand that sometimes jobs run over but to speak to a customer like that is very disrespectful.
