After booking the car in for a Saturday…
After booking the car in for a Saturday at 10.30 they rang me the day before asking why I didn't turn up ? I then had to re book a time as the original time I had booked was taken so agreed on 11.30, I arrived at 11.20 for 2 front tyres so nothing big, I left at 12.40 an hour and 20 mins to fit 2 tyres !! I won't be going back to the Midsomer Norton branch again

My car was booked in at 10.30 for two…
My car was booked in at 10.30 for two tyres .The tyres were not fitted until 12.00 am .People were coming in of the street and getting seen too and left ,even before my car was looked at .The manager was on a so called zoom meeting. They tried to bluff me by saying that the tyres had not turned up yet ,but a customer before said they had a delivery earlier. I will not be recommending you to any one

Tyre fitting okay but tracking... oh boy
Tyre fitting okay, although lengthy (over an hour) despite having an appointment. Wheel Alignment... well.. Poor effort (polite version), leaving my steering in a worse condition than when I arrived with the steering wheel very much lefthand down. I DID get my money back for the tracking, but still a very poor show boys. Had to go elsewhere and won't be coming back.
