Brilliant with changing the tyre. Pleasant staff.
Waiting area is horrible. Could really do with improvement. So 2 stars deducted for that.

Don't bother getting a service here.
I had a service here..Gave my car back to me with the service now light still on as their computer could not clear the message.. I had to go through the motor omnbusman to get a full refund as customer service blanked me and the manger that promised to ring me back never did. I will never use these guys again.

It took me a while to realise they had…
It took me a while to realise they had put 2 new tyres which were supposed to replace the front ones onto the near side. I noticed it was pulling badly so I checked the tyre pressure, it was 35 on the near side and 25 on the offside. So not trusting to ever go back to them again.
They were more worried about getting me to buy new brake pads and discs which I’d had checked and didn’t need doing immediately.
