Too many bookings
I had my car booked in for two front tyres last Friday at 9am.
I turned up on time and was told there were two cars before mine, I took the dog for a walk and got some shopping and when I returned over an hour later my car still hadn't moved off the forecourt. After a load more hanging around I finally left the garage at 11.25am!!
This wait time is completely unacceptable for a 30 minute job that was booked in 5 days in advance.

Booked online for the Monday; tyres were there but no fitters so got delayed till Wednesday. Poor management of workload; needs more fitter staff who turn up.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Went to get my tracking sorted for them to mess it up twice after not setting up their machine to the right model of car. So had to go to the branch in Bath to get it all corrected. Will not be coming here again
