I booked through protyre to have 2 new…
I booked through protyre to have 2 new tyres fitted at Protyre Midsomer Norton at 8 30 am on a Saturday,
On the Thursday before had a phone call to say because Blackcircle tyres had booked too many bookings at the same time as my 8 30 booking and with not enough fitters they could not fit me in , so would I mind booking a different day.
So Monday 11 00 am was booked in, I arrived at 10 45am to be greeted by a very friendly man doing the bookings and a very stressful fitter that was working on his own with enough work for 2 or 3 fitters, after waiting a hour and a half, the fitter said he wouldn't have my car ready for 12 30 which was when I had to pick my wife up .
So was booked in the following Thursday at 1 00pm , had my tyres fitted no problem,
This review has no reflection on the people that work at Protyre Midsomer Norton, but at Protyre itself, it should be made a policy that if a Protyre workshop is short of fitters, then fitters should be moved from workshops that have enough

I booked my car to have a slow puncture fixed . I thought they had fixed it but a few days later a warning came up on my car for same thing . They said it was the valve and I would have to go to Land Rover . Another tyre place confirmed that the valve was fine but I needed a new tyre . Not at all happy with this

Canceled appointment on arrival as no…
Canceled appointment on arrival as no staff turned up for work. I returned the following week to be told they didn’t have the tools to do my break service. I then had to wait three and a half hours to have 4 tyres fitted. I have complained but no response and no refund for my break service. Been coming here for years but never again.
