Firstly as this was on a bank holiday morning, the team at Newark was fantastic at getting me in.

Had 2 new tyres fitted, also paid to have tracking done.

On collecting my vehicle they said all tracked up and complete.

The next day on my way to work I had a shuddering through the steering wheel.

I called in to a garage near work, they had a look and said both track rod ends had worn, one with no rubber in.

So I told them tracking been done, of which they replied they couldn’t have been.

I phoned the manager at Newark and he just said it was tracked

Booked appointment online, aware of my appointment. Team member indicated it would take 1.5 hours as there was a tracking check included. Phoned after 1 hour 10 minutes. Good service.

I called to check availability of some tyres and was told that did not have the one's I wanted. I was offered an alternative and arranged a fitting on Saturday morning. I arrived a little early so went across the road to the shops to kill some time. The tyres were fitted within the hour and I was again on my way. Good Price, Excellent service what more do you need.

Straightforward discussions at initial contact along with very competitive pricing of my four tyres.
Tyres arrived promptly and booking a slot to have them fitted was a breeze.
I arrived late on the appointed day but it didn't put these lads out of their rhythm at all. They got on to my job immediately and were polite and very efficient.
I was driving away all finished in about 45 minutes.
I'd certainly give them my business in the future.

The staff are engaging , polite and knowledgeable, they are quick to try to meet your needs.
I drive 4500 miles a month so have become a frequent customer , and I am happy to be a client based on the above tyre choice and value for money

Straightforward booking process, work carried out promptly, helpful advice regarding a particular tyre-wear issue. Felt I was receiving a good honest service.

Brilliant stuff! Website crashed when buying tyres, replied to email concerns really quickly! Garage were brilliant as well, phoned me up as my front tyres weren't worn (but were crap!) and then changed them after I explained. Really quick service!

Gold Service is a (Full Service) as what they call, the service supposed to take the length arround 2 to 3 hours as they say on their website, but I got my car back in 40 minutes it seemed like they havent done or checked anything to the car, I have lights on the dash as I did before they havent explained anything about it, washing liquid should of been toped up its full empty, and very unplesant staff as well to deal with, I do not reccomend this company at all! and I will never going to use any of their services ever again!

Always great service from Newark on Trent branch. Use them for both cars since moving to the area.
Prices are comparable and the work is done efficiently by the team.

Brilliant service. They were the only tyre fitters that had two of my tyres in stock and who could fit them on the same day. Booked and fitted within 2 hours of going online.

Initially I was told that Protyre (Selecta) no longer would swop my winter/ summer tyres over any more. Something they'd carried out for 7 years. I contacted the Company via email. The Manager replied there had been a mistake in the branch and the branch would contact me to arrange a date to carry out the swop.
This they did and they did the job in timely and professional manner. I expect to use them again in the Spring.
