Fantastic team and service Protyre Newport…
Can’t recommend the team at protyre Newport highly enough. They were fantastic when I had a puncture that could not safely be repaired. They found the right replacement for me at a great price and fitted it at my convenience. They checked the pressure and condition of all tyres and ensured my car was road fit again. The whole team were so friendly and made the experience a nice one which sadly is not always the case as a woman going to a car mechanic service provider. Aled and the team were fantastic

I have used Protyre Newport in the past, and can honestly say that I have always been impressed with the quality of service I have received from them.
The vehicle was booked in for a service with the team. And I was kept informed of what, if anything needed to be addressed before being carried out. The courtesy and care that they showed towards myself and my vehicle was excellent. The car was ready at the time they gave me. And I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend the team at Newport Protyre.

Knowledgeable and friendly
I use this garage for tyres often, this time I needed help with my exhaust system. Tony was excellent and extremely informative, I had the pipe snap and needed it replaced, but even with difficulties with after market changes to the system he managed to get this fixed and back on the road. The whole team are great and friendly.

Well done Protyre Autocare Newport
Ordered 4 tyres on line from e tyres and they were waiting for me at the appointment time of 13-00.
Aled booked me in and the work commenced immediately.
Tom who did the work, took great care not to mark the rims, and showed me the wear on the inside of all four tyres.After explaining the cause offered a four wheel alignment, which I took up. Tom was really polite showing me what he was doing at all times.
I was really pleased with the service provided and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Work completed efficiently
My appointment time was kept and the work completed efficiently. Although I had only booked for two front tyre replacements, the team also carried out a general inspection of all tyres, which was reassuring and much appreciated.
