They were able to find the problem straight away and repair it quickly.

I booked a pair of front tyres and an aircon recharge on the protyre web page.. arrived and car completed professionally. Aircon normally takes an hour so tyres fitted during the process. Car given full check over brake discs and pad thickness,tyres etc.
I could see this inspection adding an extra 15mins to a tyre change so would be nice if it was optional.. I think I would be a bit frustrated if I just needed a quick tyre changed or puncture repaired but from a safety point of view an inspection if free gives good feedback as most of us go from mot to mot without looking or checking our cars.

Had puncture on a bank holiday, answered phone in branch immediately and told to come straight away (no logging in via website or call centres), visited branch and seen straight away, excellent service.

I have used Protyre on 2 occasions. They always have great deals on tyres and plenty of options in stock for same day fitting.

I like that they pay lots of care and attention and check brake pads and battery health at the same time.

On bank holiday Monday I woke up to a puncture. Protyre were the only place that was open given it was a bank holiday. I called them first thing and they were very accommodating.

I got there early but I was still seen to immediately. The tyre fitters were great, the customer service was fantastic.

I now recommend Protyre to all my friends and family and I am unlikely to go anywhere else.
