Poor service on three occasions.
Went in for and aircon top up system was working gas removed told me it failed the vacuum test. Money refunded but £80 worth of gas missing took it to another garage same day tested for leaks and passed vacuumed checked again an passed then filled up. On another occasion I went to have my exhaust checked for n a vehicle I had just purchased and they said to spot / tell me the DPF had been cut open and gutted. And also had an MOT it failed on a few blubs (free retest items) didn’t offer to fix them and could not offer the free retest within 24 hours so booked me in 3 days later and wanted £25 retest fee. I did t pay it but it’s just bad practice.

Arrived at alloted time to be told three tyres had ordered had not arrived and I would have book another slot in couple days time and phone to confirm they had arrived. Decided to order a fourth tyre but they refused to offer on line discounted rate and charged me full price for extra fourth tyre

Very helpful to be able to select the tyres you want from the wide range available on the Protyre web site, and make an appointment for them to be fitted. Then on arrival, the car was immediately taken in. All done in 30 minutes and no waiting. Could not be better.
