I received a same day appointment and the tyres I required were in stock, The fitting of the 4 tyres was very prompt and offered excellent value for money and because I bought 4 i received a further £40.00 discount and offered the option of paying over 3 instalments. Megan in reception was extremely polite very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the branch

Great receptionist
Great receptionist, very helpful. The fitting seemed very slow for what was required, more than 2 hours for 4 tyres and alignment, slow compared to many previous experiences of having tyres fitted. Overall a good job done.

Excessive pricing with Lacking service
One of the female staff on reception lacked basic customer service skills.Trying hard to push extra sales in an agressive manner.Did not like that.
Mot failure that could not be repaired for 2 weeks due to lack of staff.The price of job needed £436 .Went to another garage and it cost £200 less for same job.Protyre margins unrealistic
Please do not cut and paste your standard answer of contact us to discuss .You had your chance to be bothered about my experience when the car was brought in.Score would have been 1 but only changed it as interaction with mot mechanic was very good.
