They dont listen
They dont listen, i asked for 2 rear tyres. They put them on my front, then disposed of my
Front ones and told me my back ones were swapped, which they wernt, but back ones were both half bald and they told me the tread was fine.
I went back they placed used tyres on the back and gave me a free allignment.
Will not be using again.

Prompt No fuss. Very polite and friendly. Matthew even went to the trouble of transferring my wheel alignment service to my local branch as I’d bought the alignment service forgetting the car itself couldn’t come to the depot. Great service

Long wait
Able to book appointments at short notice but unfortunately had a very long wait at the garage (nearly 2 hours) to get tyres fitted. It would be better to show actual availability on the website to avoid sitting around waiting for hours.

I had concerns about my tyres when travelling and had no previous knowledge of the company
The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a quick service to replace 4 tyres the following morning enabling me to do the next part of my journey with confidence and feeling safe
