The wait was much longer than stated.
The wait was very long. I booked a tyre replacement for 430. I asked how long and they said about half an hour. They didn’t even get the car until 5 and I was still waiting at 520 when I asked if it was finished yet. It had just been and they brought it round. If I was told it would take an hour then fair enough but I wasn’t.

At all times the staff behind the counter dealing with my enquires have been very professional,very friendly
The staff dealing with the physical work have been the same as the counter staff
Took great care as they were dealing with my new wheels
Prices seemed reasonable to me hence why I used them

Thank you protyre (on Cabot lane). Matt was very helpful and understanding in resolving an issue with my 4 wheel alignment. My advice is, go to Cabot lane, avoid protyre in Holten Heath !!!!

The chap that replaced all my tyres was…
The chap that replaced all my tyres was very helpful & showed me which tyre was worth keeping as a spare & he also cleaned up all the wheel faces around the alloy wheels so they weren’t covered in tyre grease attracting dust n dirt etc

Bad Vibrations
I had been experiencing a vibration when driving between 35 and 45 mph , I had the tyres checked at a competitor of ProTyres and they said that they were fine, however I still had the vibration so decided to have all four wheels balance and had been told that ProTyre was the place to go .
Brought the car in to the Cabot Lane branch where they balanced all four wheels and was told the vibration should of gone now but if there was still any issue to bring the vehicle back ,
I drove the car for a couple of days but could still feel some vibration so arranged to take it back to ProTyre for further inspection .
I waited whilst a technician took the car round the block , a while after he had returned to the garage the receptionist asked me to go into the workshop and have a word with the technician who I must say was really good and explained that it was not a wheel balance problem but the fact that the two front tyres were out of shape and hence the vibration problem .
I agreed to have two new tyres but not Pirelli’s this time due to them going out shape .
The receptionist (Chris ) was very apologetic about them not noticing the problem when the wheels were balanced and not only gave me a good price on the two new Falken tyres but also refunded the money charged for the balancing.
I was very impressed with the way ProTyre went about their business and will definitely use them again in the future ,
