Two Positive Experiences in December 2025
I had two appointments in December 2025, the first concerned with my drive flat tyres and the later appointment for MOT and Silver Service. Everything was explained in full (helpful when you don't know anything about cars). The tyre appointment saved me £250+ because I only needed one of the two tyres I had ordered. They could have fitted/changed both and I'd have been faced with a much bigger bill (and would have been paying for unnecessary work). Post MOT and service the mechanic talked me through what had been done and why. He was very helpful. I will definitely return as I trust them and was delighted with their services and approach.

Experience with protyre
My experience with pro tyre was amazing and very quick , price was cheap but service quality. Especially the coffee machine , my only complaint is the toilet area was a little messy but I will go bk again and again without doubt

Slightly miffed. It’s now 9 months on and the area manager who was going to contact me obviously couldn’t be bothered as not heard a word 7/8/26
Everything went ok but after I had paid I noticed online that if I had ordered and paid for the tyres and fitting online I would have saved money??? I still would have had to go into the garage so why ???

Poor customer service and disregard for personal vehicles
I had my car in to have three new tires fitted. After waiting 45-50 minutes my car was returned with only twontires on and were the wring ones. When this was raised the mechanic took my keys to my car and wheel spun my vehicle out of the car park and in to the garage at speed with no disregard for my vehicle or the health and safety of other customers that could be in the car park.
