Mechanic was very efficient even though he was juggling two jobs. Most of the problems I reported were sorted and the cost was no extra.

Didn’t like the appointment system…
Didn’t like the appointment system between Protyre and Blackcircles which didn’t work so I had wasted journey and had to return the next day. The guys who fid the work did a good job.

Protyre, Burgess Road
Protyre, as they are now, are just 10' walk away, so I have used them for MoTs, tyres and, occasionally, servicing, over the past couple of decades. Always friendly, competent and with competitive prices.
Most recently I needed a slow puncture investigated. Was advised a repair probably wouldn't work...but I could opt for this if I wanted to risk it. I chose not to, but it was good that Ed gave me the option.

Took my car for an MOT, dealt with super quickly with great communication. My car failed for a very minor item, they replaced them and passed my car a second time without charging me for the part. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Had a battery replaced on my BMW
Had a battery replaced on my BMW, staff were friendly and knowledgable, unfortunately however, they couldn't complete the programming of the battery and I had to take the BMW to get this done at additional cost.

Golf R Mk8 MOT Test
I attended ProTyre for my Golf R's first MOT. There appeared to by an issue with a high Lambda reading at the second tailpipe (to much oxygen indicating a lean mixture)
Further examination revealed that oxygen was being entrained into the back box from the other three tailpipes. After the entrainment was eliminated correct Lamda readings were obtained. The car passed the MOT test.
