My perception is that its going downhillon this experience i didn't have…
Based on this experience i didn't have the same level of customer satisfaction from Protyres Stafford, as to the multiple times that I always experienced from the same premises over the years.
The young lad who dealt with me seemed uninterested and bored whereas previously the staff there knew how to deal with customers.
I wasn't offered an A4 sized receipt of the work that had been done, and despite asking about that he said it would be emailed to me... it wasn't.
After the work was done, I did have to top up my tyres every 70 miles on three occasions including once when I was on the motorway.
In fairness, that could be due to the heatwave affecting the sensors on my car

These reviews are ridiculous
These reviews are ridiculous. I made an appointment to bring my car in for two tyres. I left it at the agreed time and when I returned the tyres were fitted. Anything less would have poor service.They did what they were supposed to do - end of!

Great service, fantastic team, don’t ever change
I just want to say what a fantastic service I received from the Stafford team. It’s always a bit a scary going into a garage a female, probably because cars are the one thing I know so little about. But the guys here were absolutely wonderful, polite helpful and fast. I cannot fault this garage. I went in with a flat tyre and they repaired it quickly and efficiently and it cost me only £35. Thanks guys

Efficient in Stafford and a very easy transaction on the website.
The fitting ( 2 tyres ) was done very efficiently. The staff were welcoming and polite. I made the transaction on the Protyre website and therefore was given a good level of discount. The appointment system for Stafford worked very well. It was good to see the reception area had been refurbished - very smart indeed. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the tyres were way overinflated when I checked with my calibrated pressure gauge. Apart from that I'm very happy and will be back for the rear tyres before winter sets in.

Had a great experience with the team at protyre stafford today. I recently bought a new pair of alloys and had them balanced twice before coming here and both garages just took my money without doing the job properly on the other hand the guys at protyre didn’t even want me to pay until I took the car out for a test drive to make sure I am happy with the work they carried out.
Definitely 5 star from me!!!!

Awful customer service - To be honest they tried to turn me away…
To be honest they tried to turn me away on arrival so they could close up earlier then tried to make me think I’d mistaken my appointment time. Then I got spoken to like rubbish and with such bad manners I asked to speak to someone else. I asked if they could check which ones they were changing as I couldn’t remember which my mot advised me to change and they were like I don’t know what we are changing. Whatever you booked. They weren’t helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I wouldn’t use this garage again.
