Was booked in at 2pm for 4 new tyres , just one man working (forgot his name sorry) but he was very helpful and friendly and did a great job really quick and he should have had more help.

Excellent service booked on line good reception by the mechanic. Easy to explain what I required. Protyre are good with lady drivers .printed sheet of all parts and what was done. Quality work for reasonable cost.

Excellent service with new tyres
I needed 2 new tyres. They didn’t have any in stock but ordered them and said they would arrive later that day. I went back and had the new tyres fitted. Excellent service provided.

Only 2 staff on duty
Only 2 staff on duty. Both of them were permanently busy either working or dealing with customers. Need more staff at busy times as appointments were running late through lack of staff

We had a worn tyre identified on an MOT so dropped into your Bredbury branch. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly, explaining clearly what work needed to be done, replacing the tyre & checking the tracking which was completed in no time.
Pleased with the service & will return again.

Tyre descriptions
Great to be able to pick a time slot. Not great to be told “you’ve picked tyres for a BMW” but when the website states “suited for BMW” you assume these are ok for any car, but if you own a BMW, pick these. Staff explained the reason for the description due to the compound. Anyway I wanted those specific Goodyear tyres as had them before. Also when I ordered exactly the same tyre 6 months ago, no sign was visible in website saying “suited for “BMW.
