Let down
Two weeks ago I went to this garage for new tyres. As part of the service they did a brake check and advised that the back brakes pads needed changing. They gave me a price, which I was happy with and booked the car in for 08:30 on 5th March. They told me they’d do the job straight away and would take around two hours. When I turned up they said they had a vehicle left over from the previous day and I’d have to leave the car with them until midday. I was unable to do this as I’d have to hang around for at least three and a half hours. I understand these things happen but why couldn’t they have rang me and advised accordingly
