Protyre Autocare - Swindon Westcott Place Reviews 

Having had a puncture on the Motorway (M4), I arrived at the Protyre depot in need of a new type. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and I had my new tyre fitted promptly and was on my way very quickly.

Great service, re gassed my air con and gave me some handy tips.
Lovely and friendly guys, also get a coffee which is a big bonus

Fantastic service from Westcott Place branch. Went in with a puncture on one tyre and worn tread on the other. Lewis could not have been any more helpful. Managed to move things about to fit me in there and then.
Very well priced. Friendly service and got me out of a pinch.

Excellent service from Westcott Place on Thursday, went in to have a tyre changed and needed more than I had booked for, the man I spoke to didn’t have it in stock but went out of his way to get it sorted for me as I was driving to the airport first thing the following day! He managed to complete the job at a reasonable price! Found them very trustworthy, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will defo be back and will be telling my friends where to come! Booked in to get a tyre replaced but they were able to fix it. They also pointed out our two front tyres were very close to limit so changed them too. I've never had bad service from the Bathwick/protyre guys on Turner Street. Staff are great and have always trusted them to be honest (they've either sent me away because I had plenty of tread left in my tyres; or they've mended tyres with nails in rather than replacing).

Couldn’t have been more helpful! ordered my tyre at tea time and was in garage by9 the next morning, the man sorry don’t know his name was just as helpful in garage as on the phone, highly recommended. I send the westcott place branches Stratton didn’t even answer the phone.

Booked aircon regas online. Visited branch & confirmed appointment with Lewis. He got my car in straight away & connected to the aircon machine. Told me it would take about 1 hour. Had a coffee as machine on free vend. Lewis was very knowledgeable. I was really happy with the service I received. Well done Lewis.

So I ended up double-booking myself but Protyre had no problem rearranging my booking for later in the day. When I did actually turn up a bay was free, I drove straight in and my pre-booked tyres were fitted in under 30 minutes. The tyres that I ordered were cheaper than anywhere else including BlackCircles and supplied in 48 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful.

New brake discs and pads fitted front and back. Very pleased with the price and quality of work. Friendly and experienced team.

Very helpful, efficient and reasonable £££

Ordered/ þ my new tyres wirh a delivery promised for the following morning. The delivery did not arrive. The delivery was promised for the afternoon. Was unable to come back for the afternoon delivery due to a hospital appointment so rebooked for the following morning.Tyres was there and the fitting was done. No problem from the garage the only problem was caused by the failure of the lorry delivery.
