I missed my MOT due date on my new car, I managed to book in for the next day with Protyre in Thetford and pay online before coming, very reasonable price and when I got there the guys were friendly and very fast getting it through for me, I waited in the reception and worked from there and there was a very good coffee machine and facilities! While I was in the waiting area they looked at someone’s car who was clearly in a muddle and spent a good half hour on it and didn’t charge him, very rare to see that these days. 10/10 will be coming back and recommend

The car was taken for service at the time that was booked. The staff is very friendly. Since I was waiting for the car, they offered me coffee on site.

Friendly staff, could book an appointment online and choose from a good range of tyres in stock at competitive prices. A clean waiting area with free drinks and WiFi.

I can’t complain about the customer interaction at all. I had one tyre changed and while driving home my interactive system alerted me to ‘low pressure’. When my husband checked the pressure it was too high in the new tyre. He checked all the others and they all needed adjusting. I would like to suggest that once a tyre (or tyres) are changed why not check to make sure they are all the same?

Easy to schedule appointment online. Came in for new tires, fluid service, & MOT. They found a fixable issue for a fair price. Everything was taken care of in an afternoon. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning next year and suggesting to friends.

Every time I have called with a problem, they have fitted me in within the next 2 hours from call. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond.

First time visitor, I did research the company, to see what others have said and my experience was very positive, I pre booked my tyres on line used a discount code, arrived a little behind my time but did phone to advise I was late, my first impression was very professional outfit, met with a warm welcome, they were excellent, pleasant waiting room with drinks available, comfy chairs, it was busy, the team were working hard to get their allotted work done, the manager(I think was Jay) was very friendly, easy to talk to and not at all condescending like you find in these situations, my car was fitted with her new tyres, I opted for free wheel alignment but no hard sell, to make a decision about continuing, and making required adjustments, I felt my tyre fitter ( Steve ) had done a good job, Road tested my car, and it did take some time but from arrival to departure but an honest job done, would recommend
