It was ok you had to Waite a long time before they came to the desk
And they are very expensive for labour 90 per hr
They also recharge you for a mot re test
I took the work to be done to my car to another garage which cost a lot less then Protyre .

EDIT: Previously went to them for tyre change after Manufacturer Service said they needed doing and had a slow puncture. They informed me that they still had plenty on, patched the tyre and didn't charge me. Will always recommend.

Overall happy with the service, ordered 4 tyres to replace the old ones. Tyres replaced and balancing done no problem but had to book separately to check wheels alignment. Had to pay full price for alignment of two front wheels even though Protyre website offers half price if two or more tyres bought from the company. When asked for the discount it was refused without valid reason. That was disappointing hence only 3 stars

I’ve used protyre on several occasions for purchasing tyres and having my MOTs carried out at the workshop .The staff are very professional and explain everything in detail also there prices are very competitive

Happy with the service

Nice welcome and car taken into garage. Was informed 15 min delay which is fine.
However changing two tyres was preformed on the go slow. Was a lot of stop start for just changing 2 tyres. I’ve had the pleasure in the past of having 4 tyres changed in less time. Around 45 mins to change two tyres once they started.

I was in and out in less than an hour for my front tyres, good price, excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Arrived punctually the garage was very busy making a slight delay on my appointment time, tyres changed quickly and advised of slight wear on steering joint so the wheel alignment was canceled and given a signed agreement to revisit after renewing the joint.

Staff was very courteous and respectful. Appreciated all the work that was done...thanks until next time .
