All four tyre renewed an d tracking checked.
Helpful knowledgeable staff good on line discounts to the 4 tyres and discount on front wheel tracking.
All completed the next day by Josh’s team in good time and communication. I would use this branch of Protyres again in the future and would recommend to friends.

I was booked in for back tyre…
I was booked in for back tyre replacement at 12:00. They didn’t get to me until about 13:00
The job was booked over the phone and I was told I could pay in instalments because the cost was over £300 only to be told on the day that their payment plan didn’t extend to tyres. Very disappointing.

Friendly service but poor execution
Stopped by en route from the north to Cornwall for an emergency tyre change. Good points: they were able to help me more or less straight away, without an appointment and the guys were friendly and helpful. Bad points: they did the tracking as well but driving away it was pulling heavily to the right. I took it back and they had another go. It was then pulling slightly to left but as we'd been there 3hours we cracked on down the M5 and A30. When we came off the dual carriage way into Penzance had to start using the brakes, noticed a really bad bobble that wasn't there before. Have had to take it to a local Protyre branch to have the tracking corrected and track rods tightened to stop the bobble on braking.
